Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install harness-fingerprint-similarity

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent compares two harness fingerprints (genome and score) and returns an overall score plus each component: cosine similarity over nine numeric values, agreement on four enums and overlap of the agent topology. The calculation is pure TypeScript with no upstream dependency.
