In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install harvard-museum-data-app-setup

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent clones the project, installs the dependencies, configures the API key and the database connection. It creates the schema, runs the ETL pipeline and opens the visualizations. You get a working application from the API to the chart.
