In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install helm-failed-release-rollback

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent reviews the release history, rolls back to the last successful revision or a chosen one, with or without waiting, and clears pending-install or pending-upgrade states. You get a release back in working order.
