Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install hierarchical-agents-md-generator

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent analyzes the project structure (depth, file counts, extensions, existing AGENTS.md or CLAUDE.md) with parallel agents, then writes an AGENTS.md at the root and in complex directories. You get documentation that is current for agents.
