In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install hootsuite-api-retry-and-queue

The agent applies the Retry-After header to 429 errors, places scheduling requests in a queue and avoids double posting. You get a client that respects Hootsuite quotas per call type.
