Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install hybrid-keyword-semantic-search

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent sets up a BM25 index with pg_textsearch, runs the vector query with pgvector, then merges both result lists with RRF in Python or TypeScript. It tunes the balance between keywords and meaning and can add a model-based reranking step.
