Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install image-api-version-migration

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent inventories the routes and behavior of the legacy version, then picks the target (V4, P-Image or tools) based on the requirements. It compares results on durable outputs and plans switchover thresholds. You get a migration plan with rollback and preservation of in-flight jobs.
