Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install imessage-send-read

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent lists your conversations, reads their history and sends text or attachment messages with the imsg command. It is not for other messaging apps, which go through other gateways. You get the exchanges you asked for or a sent message.
