Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install immoweb-market-analysis

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent uses the immoweb-pp-cli tool to search listings with every site filter, then computes what the site does not show: price cuts, days on market, commune medians and rental yield. You get a price check and a comparison of municipalities.
