Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install implement-from-prd-issues

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent follows the PRD or issues, keeps the existing plan and todos, runs type checks and targeted tests regularly, then the full suite at the end. It reviews the net diff and commits only the authorized scope. You get a verified implementation and test evidence.
