Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install implementation-plan-handoff

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent receives the need and the continuity ledger, queries the existing code, known or new project, then writes the plan and a handoff note. For complex features it can ask questions before planning. You get a detailed plan to follow, with the context another session needs.
