Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install inbound-lead-responder

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent sorts each inquiry (hot, qualified, unclear, out of scope), drafts a short reply that answers the real question and offers two or three specific time slots. Hot leads are flagged right away, and nothing is ever sent without your approval. You get a digest with response time and copy-ready drafts.

Do I need to connect Gmail, HubSpot or a calendar?

No: the no-connector mode works on pasted or forwarded inquiries, and the agent asks for your availability instead of inventing slots. The file points to shared guides from the original plugin (voice profile, untrusted content, style) that are not included, and mentions neighboring skills (outreach-composer, crm-autopilot, lead-triage) that are optional.

Can the agent send the replies on its own?

No. There is no auto-send mode: every draft waits for your approval.
