Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install inbox-triage-assistant

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent reads your emails (pasted, forwarded or from a connected mailbox), sorts them into needs-you, drafted and handled, then extracts what each thread asks, with amounts and deadlines. It drafts replies in your voice and sends nothing without your approval. You get a short list ranked by consequence instead of a pile of mail.

Updated November 2, 2026

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to connect Gmail or Microsoft 365?

No. A pasted-text mode is built in: triage, drafts and action items work the same way, you just copy the replies yourself.

The skill mentions other skills and shared files. Are they required?

No. References to ap-processor, speed-to-lead, the voice profile or the artifact style point to the original plugin. Without them, the agent asks for sample emails to catch your voice and presents the digest as text or a table.
