Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install incremental-tech-debt-cleanup

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

After checking authorization, the agent picks one specific target, sets the validation baseline, fixes the item and proves the fix. It prepares a pull request small enough to review in a couple of minutes. You get a targeted fix, not a general rewrite.
