In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install ingestion-heavy-hitter-triage

The agent queries the tophog ClickHouse table through the internal Metabase to find the actors behind an ingestion lag, a hot Kafka partition or expensive person processing. It applies the cost-versus-volume lens and ready-made queries. The results include identifiers from several customers, so use them internally only.
