Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install inngest-realtime-ui-streams

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent defines a typed channel, publishes updates from step.run, mints a subscription token on the server and consumes the stream with the useRealtime hook in a React component. It also covers human approvals that wait for a reply. The skill targets Inngest v4 and flags the difference with the v3 package.
