Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install installed-skills-health-check

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent runs an offline checkup of skill folders and session logs without changing anything. You get a report of broken links, drifted copies, descriptions competing for the same trigger and skills loaded by both agents but used by only one.
