Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install intent-graph-code-drift

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent records intent nodes (ReasonNodes) linked to the code, sets contracts, then queries the graph before a task and flags gaps between the code and its intent. You get a history of why the code exists and a view of its drift.
