Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install internal-comms-writing

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent identifies the message type and its audience, gathers the facts with numbers, then drafts to a fixed format (3P update, internal newsletter, FAQ, announcement). It finishes with a compression pass and a checklist. You get a short text that reads in seconds and says what changed and what the reader should do.
