Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install investigation-audience-summary

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent starts from the privileged memo and produces an audience-specific version: an HR version without privilege or legal exposure analysis, a short leadership version, and a full briefing for outside counsel. If the memo does not exist yet, it offers to draft it first.
