Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install iot-device-registration

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent opens a connection to the device at the given endpoint, by default the local USB link address, then fetches its identity and assigns an initial trust level. If a pairing token is supplied, it pairs the device before showing its status.
