Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install issue-and-pr-triage

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent sorts each issue or PR through the state machine's triage roles, asks for missing information with a template, then writes briefs other agents can execute. Every posted message starts with a notice that it was generated by AI.
