In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install issue-to-acceptance-orchestration

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent runs a task as a state machine, from issue intake through implementation, review, deployment and acceptance verification. It stops only when acceptance criteria are proven with evidence or the task is explicitly escalated, and it pauses at defined human gates.
