Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install issue-tracker-setup

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent checks the Git remote, any existing settings and the state of the specs folder, then asks one question: GitHub, Jira or local Markdown. It records the choice in the repository. Changing the choice later moves no existing ticket.
