Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install issue-triage-state-machine

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent reviews issues, applies the state machine, verifies requests, asks for missing details and writes a brief an agent can act on. An external pull request is treated as an issue with attached code. You get an updated state for each item handled.
