Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install it-asset-register

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent first recommends the smallest useful setup for your equipment, then, on request, builds the register: serial number, model, condition, assignee, location, purchase value, warranty expiry and return date. CSV, SQL, JSON Schema and Notion outputs are derived from one field list.
