Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install iteration-plan-folder-setup

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent creates the project's iteration folder and fills it from the start: thesis, list of quality gates and a step plan. The folder is never empty, and a resumed session recovers the framing without rebuilding it. The skill assumes the full paperthin package is installed.
