Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install itsm-teams-end-to-end-setup

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent runs the steps in order: Teams feature, Entra app, named credentials, IT Desk and IT Service checklists, then Swarming. It delegates each step to its specialized skill and stops only at human validation points. You get a working Teams integration or the exact list of remaining steps.
