Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install java-tdd-red-green-workflow

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

This skill guides the Java developer through TDD: it keeps a list of candidate tests, picks the next behaviour, writes a failing test first, then adds only the code needed and refactors while tests stay green. It adds newly found tests to the list. You get a Java change driven by tests.
