Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install jira-issue-inventory-workflow

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

This skill helps set up the Jira CLI, with an interactive check of its installation, then asks the project maintainer for a cleaned issue inventory. The agent does not ingest raw Jira data: it works only from those summaries, before analysis or handover to the user-story skill. You get a usable inventory with no raw data.
