Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install jupyter-notebook-editing

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent reads the cells of a .ipynb file, edits them in Python, then runs the notebook with nbconvert or converts it to HTML or a script. It can also clear outputs before a commit. You get a clean, up-to-date notebook.
