In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install kea-timers-listeners-cleanup

The agent replaces bare setInterval, setTimeout and event listeners with cache.disposables.add and dispose, using a key and the pauseOnPageHidden option. It also converts the existing anti-patterns. You get logic that cleans up on unmount and pauses when the tab is hidden.
