Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install kms-encryption-java-sdk

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent sets up a KMS client with AWS SDK for Java 2.x, creates and manages keys, encrypts and decrypts data, generates data keys for envelope encryption, then integrates everything into Spring Boot. It stresses least-privilege IAM rights.
