Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install knowledge-base-health-audit

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent walks through the knowledge base folder, finds contradictions between articles, broken links, unsourced claims and outdated content, then writes a report to the outputs folder with a changelog entry. In interactive sessions, it lets you choose which actions to take.
