Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install langchain-agent-tools-basics

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent builds the agent with create_agent(), describes tools with the @tool decorator and precise docstrings, then adds middleware to control the flow. It explains how to get structured output, from the agent or directly from the model. You get a configured, testable LangChain agent.
