Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install langchain-distributed-rate-limiting

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent measures real demand, then sets up a Redis-backed shared limiter, a per-worker semaphore and retries with backoff. It accounts for the quota tiers of Anthropic, OpenAI or Gemini. You get total throughput that stays under the provider limits.
