Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install langchain-incident-debug-bundle

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent assembles a single package with the environment snapshot, version manifest, filtered astream_events(v2) transcript, callback stack and LangSmith trace URL. A colleague can reproduce the failure without a live terminal, once sensitive data is removed.
