Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install langgraph-checkpoints-persistence

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent adds a checkpointer to the graph, sets a thread_id for each conversation, and separates short-term memory from long-term memory in the store. It explains how to browse history, replay or fork a past state before resuming. You get a graph that keeps its conversations apart.
