Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install langgraph-human-approval-gates

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent chooses between interrupt_before and interrupt_after, checks that the state stays serialisable during the interrupt, then wires resumption with Command(resume) and the decision interface. It also handles cancellation to the end of the graph. You get an approval flow that does not crash at the interrupt.
