Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install large-project-decision-map

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent defines the destination, then charts the effort on the issue tracker: decision questions, unspecified items and out-of-scope items. It resolves tickets one by one until the route is clear. It plans without executing. You get a shared map and a route.
