Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install launch-posthog-dev-stack

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent starts the stack under phrocs, checks that the core units are ready at http://localhost:8010 and drives the UI with browser MCP servers to verify the change. You get a reachable app and a visual check of the change.
