In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install legacy-migration-plan-strangler

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent runs a research phase and then a planning phase, applying the strangler fig pattern. It produces a reasoned plan with test safety nets and frontend and backend strategies, without writing the code. You get a migration plan for a team or an agent to execute.
