Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install list-and-pick-pending-todo

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent counts and lists the todos, lets you pick one, loads its full context and checks its link to the roadmap. It then offers to work on it now, add it to a phase, brainstorm it or turn it into a phase.
