In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install llm-gateway-api-migration

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent finds direct calls to OpenAI or Anthropic, changes the base URL, key and headers, then compares each model's responses. It also handles SDK version upgrades. You get a minimal migration and regression tests.
