Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install llm-tracing-observability

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent installs the OpenTelemetry instrumentation and exporter, checks the GenAI attribute schema and decides whether prompt content is captured. It propagates callbacks through subgraphs and defines SLOs and dashboards. You get a trace configuration and a documented content policy.
