Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install local-agent-memory-lifecycle

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent checks memory before risky work, writes only durable notes and records evidence for evaluated outcomes, with explicit forgetting. This entry contains only the skill file: the Rust engine with SQLite storage that it describes is not included.
