Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install local-greptile-cli-review

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent checks the repository and whether the greptile CLI is installed and signed in (it asks your permission before installing), runs the review and summarizes the findings from the JSON output. You get a list of findings ready to act on, before any PR.
