Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install local-model-chat-templates

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent converts a list of messages into the chosen local model's template, then routes the query to the closest pattern in a small vector index (about eleven patterns). It calls no model and does not format for hosted APIs.
