Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install log-and-fix-mistakes

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent records the incident with its root cause and fix, then writes the permanent fix into the relevant learned file. The incident is tracked as a backend task and marked resolved. You can also list open incidents with --list.
