Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install logistics-api-version-migration

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent inventories the endpoints, separates reads from writes, then compares old and new contracts in read-only mode. It cuts over one writer at a time, after an explicit field mapping. You get a migration plan with a named reconciliation owner.
